Most Basements Need Additional Subpanels for the Added Rooms
We removed the walls around the stairwell to open the room
There were no plumbing waste lines installed. We cut the concrete open and installed the Plumbing
We try real hard to keep our work space clean.
Try and bury the I beams inside the wall cavity
All of our walls are floating walls just in case the soil under the slabs move.
We apply paper on the floors to help protect and cut down on the dust.

The Concrete was raelly bad, concrete sank nearly 1 1/2" from the Back Sliding door to the middle of the room. We had no choice but to bring the entire 1,000 sqft concrete floor to a level surface.

This is a before picture of the Space in front of the fireplace. The Owner wanted to bring the hardwood floor throughout the entire area eleminating the Carpeted area.
Here is the after picture of the same area after we filled in the carpeted area. You can see the area is wet in the picture.

Owner desided that installing granite at the window seal would alllow the windows to be maintence free. I could not agree more.

Owner wanted a Open Space that he could entertain and watch TV in his own space.
Every Detail was gone over to ensure we are giving this owner the best service.
The took on its own personality
A month after we completed the basement the owner called me up and asked if I would replace his Hot Water Heater to a Tankless electric Hot water heater.
We added a Door at the top of the stairs leading down to the basement and removed the door at the bottomo of the stais.
The finished project was amazing, the owners are amaizing. Thank you
