The Owner wanted to have a space in the basement for his Office and an extra bedroom and bathroom. He does a lot of entertaining, so he needed about 800 square feet of space to utilize the entire basement.

The owners were looking for a space that could generate additional income. So, we came up with a design for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit that includes a living room and a kitchenette with an eat-in bar. The basement, which spans 650 square feet, has everything they need.
